We now offer non-shear rubber couplings made specifically to fit the outside diameter of cured in-place pipe in order to connect to direct to bury pipe.
The exterior of the couplings are shielded with stainless steel to eliminated shifting resulting in offset joints. Stainless steel nuts and bolts offer
superior clamping and non-shearing. These clamping mechanisms provide 50-lbs per inch of pipe shear protection. Where there is a need for resistance to
heavy earth loads, shear foreces and improved alignment.
These couplings are being offered exclusively by LMK Technologies and are available to all lining companies.
- Stainless steel shear ring is the heaviest in the industry.
- Sealing "O" rings under each clamp band provide a more positive seal preventing pipe slippage.
- Surgical grade 316 stainless steel clamps provide the greatest corrosion resistance possible.
